Jordan makes no purchase in 120 thsd ton wheat tender
Jordan’s state grain buyer made no purchase in an international tender for 120 thsd tons of milling wheat that closed on October 6, according to traders. CHS, Cargill, Buildcom and Olam participated in the tender.
The wheat was sought in 60 thsd ton consignments for delivery in January–February 2027.
According to preliminary information, Jordan may issue another tender in the coming days for a further 120 thsd tons of wheat, with the tender expected to close next week.
