Jordan held a tender for the purchase of wheat
On November 11, the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade held a tender for the purchase of 120,000 tons of milling wheat of any origin, Reuters reported.
60,000 tons of wheat were contracted at $262.50 per ton on a C&F basis from Cargill.
The following companies also participated in the tender:
- CHS, which bid $265.90 per ton;
- Bunge – $273;
- Ameropa – $272.47;
- Cofco – $267.11.
Today, November 12, the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade will also hold a tender for the purchase of 120,000 tons of feed barley of any origin.
