Jordan cancels wheat tender and launches new purchase tender

On May 19, Jordan canceled an international tender to purchase 120,000 metric tons of milling wheat after making no purchases during the previous round of trading. According to traders, the country’s state grain buyer immediately issued a new tender for the same volume of wheat with shipment scheduled for August.
