AGA Partners, a leading law firm in international trade and arbitration will deliver a special seminar ‘Commodities and Shipping Contracts: Avoiding Risks’ at EURO GRAIN HUB Exchange & Forum, Bucharest, Romania.
This seminar represents educational course covering the most relevant issues related to the performance of commodities and shipping contracts during the war time. It deals with the key problems of the contract execution starting from its conclusion until receipt of payment.
Participants of the seminar will be able to obtain practical knowledge of the main challenges introduced by the new logistical routes, the most common mistakes of the parties and the possible ways of how to avoid them, application of force-majeure clauses, the consequences of nonfulfilment of the contract, and many other matters which arise in everyday trade.
The speakers of the event will share the practical insights from their unique experience gained during +20 years of advising the leading Black Sea commodities companies on all matters of their trade under English law.
The course is based on the analysis of real cases with a special focus on the main challenges arising for Black Sea region these days.
This event will be held in the format of interactive communication between the speakers and the audience during which the participants are encouraged to ask questions and discuss the matters they face in their day-to-day work.
