Iraq expects local wheat harvest to yield 6 mln tonnes this season – state news agency
Iraq’s agriculture minister Abbas Jabr expects the local wheat harvest to yield 6 million tonnes this season, the state news agency reported on Tuesday.
Iraq achieved self-sufficiency in wheat production in 2023, the minister added.
