Iran became the largest buyer of Russian wheat in May
In May, Russia exported 1.9 million tons of wheat to countries outside the EAEU.
The largest buyer of Russian wheat in May was Iran (342 thousand tons). It was followed by Egypt (341 thousand tons), Turkey (332 thousand tons), Bangladesh (159 thousand tons) and Sudan (138 thousand tons).
Wheat exports for the eleven months of the current season amounted to 38.7 million tons.
