In Lithuania, the proposal of Belarus regarding the transit of Ukrainian grain was called a trap
Belarus’ offer to export Ukrainian grain is a trap and an attempt to avoid sanctions. This opinion was expressed by the President of Lithuania Gitanas Nauseda.
“Belarus’ proposal to transport Ukrainian grain through its territory to Lithuania is another attempt to avoid sanctions. Ukrainian grain is already being transported through Poland and other countries to the Baltic ports,” Nauseda wrote on Twitter.
According to him, the offer of Belarus to transport grain through its territory is a trap.
“This is a trap. Let’s not get into it,” said the Lithuanian leader.
