Germany raises wheat and rapeseed crop forecasts

Germany’s National Association of Agricultural Cooperatives has raised its wheat and rapeseed harvest forecasts as timely rains have had a positive effect on future yields.
Germany’s 2025 wheat output is expected to increase to 21.51 million tonnes, up 0.5 million tonnes from the May forecast and 16.3% above last year’s level. The rapeseed production forecast has been raised by 0.1 million tonnes to 3.92 million tonnes, up 8.1% from last year.
