France raised its forecasts for wheat, barley and corn exports
The French state agency FranceAgriMer has raised its soft wheat export forecast for France this season from 14.7 million to 15.0 million tonnes. Compared to the poor harvest of the previous season, exports will increase by 44%. 7.9 million tonnes of soft wheat will be exported to non-EU countries.
The barley and corn export forecast for the current season has also been raised from 5.6 million to 5.7 million tonnes and from 4.8 million to 5.1 million tonnes, respectively. 3.0 million tonnes of barley and 0.5 million tonnes of corn will be exported to non-EU countries.
