Egypt reduced sunflower oil imports in February
In February 2026, Egypt imported 42,100 tons of sunflower oil worth $55.8 million.
These oil supplies came primarily from Ukraine (26,700 tons) and Argentina (10,200 tons).
In February of last year, Egypt imported only 10,100 tons of sunflower oil.
