Competition for Ukrainian rapeseed supports prices
The market is actively trading new-crop rapeseed, which is the most dynamic crop in the winter group.
Over the past week (July 3-10), rapeseed prices in Ukrainian ports have increased by USD 20/mt to USD 590/mt.
The harvest is gaining momentum, but the latest data does not reflect the actual situation. According to reports from the fields, rapeseed yields are higher than last year’s. Competition between exporters and processors is intensifying in the domestic market.
