China is no longer the biggest importer of rapeseed oil from Ukraine
Rapeseed oil exports from Ukraine in MY 2020/21 (July-February) totaled 102.1 KMT that is 44% lower y-o-y, UkrAgroConsult reports.
China slashed purchases by 62%, the drop in exports to EU countries was less significant (-2%) that allowed the EU to become the top importer again.
Growth in exports was registered to Bulgaria, Poland and Lithuania.
A fall in exports was observed to Czech Republic, Germany and China.
Export potential in MY 2020/21 will be considerably lower due to a smaller rapeseed crop and lower crush.
