Global agribusiness company Bunge completed the acquisition of Central Washington Corn Processors, Inc. (CWCP) on October 30, 2026. CWCP is one of the leading feed processing and supply operators in the US Pacific Northwest. The acquisition will allow Bunge to expand its presence in the US feed market and strengthen its logistics capabilities to serve livestock and dairy operations across the region.

The acquired facility is located in Washington State and specializes in handling and distributing bulk agricultural commodities, including grains and oilseeds. CWCP’s main customers include dairy farms, cattle ranches, feedlots and commercial buyers of feed ingredients.

A key advantage of the facility is its location, with access to the BNSF Railway and Union Pacific rail networks. CWCP’s infrastructure provides high-capacity unloading, storage and processing capabilities for agricultural commodities, enabling efficient feed supply operations across the region.

Bunge said the acquisition of CWCP represents an important step in developing its feed solutions business in the United States. According to company representative Rainer Freiberg, integrating the new asset will improve customer service in the Pacific Northwest and support the continued development of the region’s livestock and dairy sectors.

The acquisition strengthens Bunge’s position in the regional supply chain for grain and oilseed feed ingredients. With CWCP, the company will expand its capabilities in agricultural commodity handling, storage and distribution while strengthening relationships with feed producers and livestock operators. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
