Brazil’s soybean meal exports are growing
According to a recent report from Brazil’s Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX), soybean meal exports are showing steady growth in mid-April 2026. Strong demand from international importers is allowing Brazilian suppliers to outpace the same period last year.
Analysis of exporter data confirms high shipment activity. Export volumes from April 1 to 17 amounted to 1.483 million tons, reaching 68% of the total for the entire month of April 2025 (2.183 million tons).
Maintaining the current pace allows us to predict local records will be broken by the end of the month, the agency notes.
