Argentina expects a good corn harvest

Of the 930,000 hectares under maize cultivation, 70% are in excellent condition and the remaining 30% are in very good condition. A good harvest is already expected on 21% of these areas.
Thanks to the October and November rains, especially in areas where more than 60 mm fell in the last ten days, maize producers are preparing to harvest a good crop.
After the recent storms, the most favorable areas for corn harvesting are southeastern Cordoba and northwest Buenos Aires.
