Almost 9 mln tons of Ukrainian grain were exported
As of October 29, in the MY 2025/26, Ukraine exported 8 million 957 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops, which is 5 million 183 thousand tons or 36.6% less than last year. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Wheat exports amounted to 6 million 149 thousand tons, which is 1 million 529 thousand tons or 19.9% less than last year.
Barley exports amounted to 1 million 061 thousand tons – 37.2% less compared to the same period last year. In addition, 0.2 thousand tons of rye were exported abroad.
Ukrainian corn exports amounted to 1 million 575 thousand tons, which is 2 million 919 thousand tons or 64.9% less than last year.
In addition, 20.8 thousand tons of flour (or 27.7 thousand tons in grain terms) were sent abroad, which is 4.3 thousand tons or 17.1% less than last year.
