Algeria holds tender for wheat purchase
On April 8, the Algerian state company OAIC held a tender for the purchase of at least 50 thousand tons of durum wheat of any origin. This was reported by the Zerno On-Line agency with reference to European traders.
The tender purchased 200-450 thousand tons at $356-357 per ton on a C&F basis.
The delivery under the tender terms will take place over four periods: May 1-15, May 16-31, June 1-15 and June 16-30.
