Algeria has announced a tender for the purchase of wheat
Algerian state-owned company OAIC has announced a tender for the purchase of at least 50,000 tons of milling wheat of any origin, with delivery to two ports: Mostaganem or Tenes, Reuters reports.
Bids for the tender close on May 19. Shipments will take place from July 1-15 and July 16-31, and from August 1-15, August 16-31, September 1-15, and September 16-30 for wheat originating in Europe or the Black Sea region. Shipments from South America or Australia will be pushed back one month.
