Algeria has announced a tender for the purchase of wheat
Algerian state-owned company OAIC has announced a tender for the purchase of at least 50,000 tons of soft wheat of any origin, according to Reuters.
The deadline for bids is October 22. Bids will be valid until October 23.
Under the tender terms, wheat shipments will take place between December 1-15 and December 16-30 if the wheat originates in Europe or the Black Sea region. For wheat from South America or Australia, the deadline is extended by one month.
