ADM engaged more than 56 thsd farmers in regenerative agriculture programs across 11 countries in 2025. The company’s initiatives covered around 4.6 mln acres and included 10 crops.

According to ADM, the programs helped reduce emissions by around 946 thsd tons of CO₂ equivalent compared with regional benchmarks. The company is focusing on improving soil health, strengthening farm resilience and reducing the carbon footprint of agricultural production.

ADM is also expanding partnerships with major food and retail companies. General Mills and Walmart, for example, joined a joint program with ADM covering 40 thsd acres of wheat in the US Midwest.

Separate projects are also being implemented in Europe. In Poland, ADM, together with PepsiCo and Mars, is supporting 24 farmers across 5.45 thsd ha in adopting sustainable and regenerative practices throughout their crop rotations.

ADM said further expansion of such programs depends not only on farmer participation but also on demand from processors and end customers. The company aims to strengthen the link between agricultural production and markets for lower-carbon products.
