Ukraine. Grain stocks as of January 1, 2021
The State Statistics Service of Ukraine reported the following amounts of grain stocks in the country as of January 1, 2021:
– wheat stocks were down 6.3% year-on-year, with those kept at storage and processing facilities being down 28.1% and farmer stocks up 1.0%;
– barley stocks were down 43.3% year-on-year, including farmer stocks down 37.8% and those at storage and processing facilities down 59.7%;
– corn stocks were down 14.6% year-on-year, including a 29.4% drop at storage and processing facilities and a 11.1% on-farm stocks, UkrAgroConsult reports.
