USDA confirms forecast for wheat exports and production in Kazakhstan
The U.S. Department of Agriculture kept the forecast of wheat exports from Kazakhstan at the level of 10 million tons in the current agricultural year (July 2024 – June 2025), follows from the January review of the agency. In December, the forecast for Kazakhstan’s wheat exports was also 10 million tons.
The forecast for imports was kept at 0.5 million tons.
Estimates for wheat production in Kazakhstan in the current agricultural year remained at the same level as in the December forecast.
Wheat production is expected to be 18 million tons.
