Ukrainian oil extractors calling for sunseed export restrictions
The heads of oil extraction plants have requested Ukraine’s government to accelerate the application of a safeguard measure in the form of a surcharge to the export duty on sunflower seed shipped to EU countries in volumes over 100 KMT.
This can be done in line with Article 31 Title IV and Annex I-D to the Association Agreement, UkrAgroConsult reports.
