Ukrainian corn exports exceeded 10.1 mln tons
As of January 8, in MY 2024/25 Ukraine exported 22 mln 442 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, which is 3 mln 020 thsd tonnes or 15.5% more than last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Wheat exports amounted to 9 million 977 thousand tons, which is 2 million 173 thousand tons or 27.8% more than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 1 million 976 thousand tons of barley and 10.8 thousand tons of rye.
Corn exports amounted to 10 mln 162 thsd tonnes, which is 157 thsd tonnes or 1.5% less than last year.
In addition, 38.1 thou tons of flour (or 50.8 thou tons in terms of grain) were exported, which is 22.0 thou tons or 1.57 times less than last year.
