Ukraine. Vegetable oils production continues decreasing

In August 2021, overall production of unrefined vegetable oils in Ukraine was down 13% year-on-year, including:

• sunflower oil (-44%);
• soybean oil (at last year’s level)
• rapeseed oil (+70%).

August witnessed a 24% drop in sunflower oil refining.

Seasonal output of unrefined oils fell by 24%:

• sunflower oil (-21%);
• soybean oil (-26%);
• rape oil (+48%).

Sunflower oil refining has lowered by 20% since the season’s beginning, UkrAgroConsult reports.
