Ukraine. Sunflower oil refining decreased only slightly in 2020/21

In December 2020, the overall production of unrefined vegetable oils in Ukraine was down 9.4% year-on-year, including sunflower oil (-8.5%) and soybean oil (-32%).

December witnessed a 14% drop in sunflower oil refining.

Seasonal output of unrefined oils fell by 5.4%:

• sunflower oil (-4%);
• soybean oil (-33%);
• rape oil (-37%).

Sunflower oil refining has lowered by 0.9% since the season’s beginning, UkrAgroConsult reports.
