Ukraine exported almost 49 million tons of grain

As of June 17, in 2023/2024 MY Ukraine exported 48 mln 948 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, which is 1 mln 458 thsd tonnes or 3.07% more than last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Exports of Ukrainian wheat amounted to 18 mln 008 thsd tonnes, which is 1 mln 694 thsd tonnes or 10.3% more than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 2 million 457 thousand tons of barley and 1.6 thousand tons of rye.
Exports of Ukrainian corn amounted to 27 mln 946 thsd tonnes, which is 239 thsd tonnes less than last year.
In addition, 95.5 thousand tons of flour (or 127.3 thousand tons in terms of grain) were shipped abroad, which is 51.8 thousand tons, or almost 54.2% less than last year.
Preliminary data on grain and legume exports were published by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy on June 14. According to them, in 2023/2024 MY Ukraine exported 48 mln 679 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses.
As a reminder, Ukraine has been exporting more than 3 mln tonnes of corn for the third month in a row.
