Ukraine. Draft law No. 1210 signed – the “soybean-rapeseed amendments” filed as a history
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed the Draft Law No. 1210 adopted by Ukraine’s Parliament on January 16, 2020 (Law of Ukraine No. 466-IX). The law abolishes the “soybean-rapeseed amendments.” Soybean and rapeseed export VAT refunds shall be granted to all market participants.
Overall, the changes are to benefit the soybean and rapeseed markets, support domestic prices and make these oilseeds more attractive to growers, UkrAgroConsult reports.
