Weather conditions. Warm weather with precipitation of various intensities persisted on February 21-28. The average daily air temperature varied from +0.4°С to +6.2°С that was 4-9°С above normal.

Moisture supply. Precipitation of various intensities in the form of rain and snow occurred almost all over the country this past week.

Crop condition in winter grains is good and fair. Taking into account that the overwhelming majority of winter wheat crops entered dormancy in the tillering stage and have accumulated 24% to 33% of carbohydrates, there is no risk of damage, not to mention massive winterkill of plants, UkrAgroConsult reports.
