Ukraine. Corn harvest is at the final stage
According to the latest update as of November 21, winter wheat planting is 95% complete, winter rye and barley are 101% and 100% planted respectively. The area planted to winter rape is already 7.6 Th ha above the official forecast and up 5.0% year-on-year, reports UkrAgroConsult.
Corn harvest is 11.7% ahead of last year, its yield is down 7.2% from last year. Millet harvest is 72.7% ahead of last year, with 17.8% higher yield than in 2018.
Harvest of sunflower and soybeans is 99% complete, with 37 Th ha and 13 Th ha remaining to be harvested, respectively.
