Ukraine. Astarta-Kyiv buys back 19.5 thou. shares
During trading sessions on 23-26 November on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), ASTARTA Holding N.V., a parent company of Astarta-Kyiv agri-industrial holding, acquired 19,508 shares within the Buyback programme.
The shares were bought pursuant to the Resolution No. 12 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the company adopted on 28 May 2021, the report reads.
The average price per share was PLN 43.66.
The amount of transaction is PLN 851.7 thou. (apx. USD 204.7 thou.)
Astarta’s market cap reduced by 6.2% and made up USD 268 mln as of 24 November.
