Ukraine. About 34% of the area of corn crops remains unharvested
Ukraine has practically completed the harvest of late oil crops. As of December 8, 2022, the gross collection of all grain and oilseeds amounted to 60.5 million tons. This was reported by the Ukrainian Grain Association.
In particular, almost 31 million tons of late crops were collected:
- Sunflower – 10 million tons.
- Soy – 3.7 million tons.
- Corn – 17.2 million tons.
It is worth noting that about 34% of the area of corn crops has not yet been harvested.
