Tunisia purchased wheat and barley at tenders
On October 31, the Grain Agency of Tunisia (ODC) held tenders for the purchase of 100 thousand tons of soft wheat and 75 thousand tons of barley of random origin with delivery in November-December, reports Zerno On-Line with reference to European traders.
100 thousand tons of soft wheat of arbitrary origin on C&F basis was purchased:
Finagrit – 25 thousand tons at $268.32 per ton
Cargill – 25 th. tons at $268.97 per ton
Casillo – 25 th. tons at $268.98 per ton
Viterra – 25 th. tons at $270.48 per ton
In addition, on October 31, ODC purchased 75 thousand tons of feed barley of random origin. The winner of the tender was Aston, which will supply three batches of barley of 25 thousand tons at $220, $220.5 and $221 per ton on C&F basis.
