The statement says that the wreckage of the drones was brought to the surface today.
After “checking” the information of the navigation receiver, it was established that the alleged launching of marine unmanned aerial vehicles was carried out from the coast in the Odesa region.
Then, according to Russian officials, the drones moved through the security zone of the “grain corridor”, after which they changed their route in the direction of the Russian naval base in Sevastopol.
“At the same time, the coordinates of the movement of one of the marine drones indicate the starting point in the marine water area of the security zone of the “grain corridor” in the Black Sea. According to experts, this may indicate the launch of this device from aboard one of the civilian ships chartered by Kyiv or its Western patrons to export agricultural products from the seaports of Ukraine.
It will be recalled that yesterday Russia announced that it was suspending participation in the implementation of the “grain agreement” allegedly because of the “terrorist attack” in the Sevastopol Bay.
The UN reported that they are in contact with the Russian side and called on all parties to refrain from any actions that could jeopardize the Black Sea Grain Initiative.
The Ministry of Defense of Turkey noted that they will hold negotiations with the Russians regarding the continuation of the “grain agreement”. At the same time, they hinted at “grounds for optimism that the negotiations can make progress.”
The Ministry of Infrastructure stated that Ukraine is ready to continue shipping agricultural products to ensure global food security. President Volodymyr Zelensky drew attention to the fact that the aggressor country began to deliberately exacerbate the food crisis back in September, when it blocked the movement of ships with our food.
