The condition of wheat crops has improved in the US
According to the National Agricultural Statistics Service under the USDA (NASS USDA), the condition of winter wheat crops improved last week.
The share of wheat crops in excellent and good condition increased by 2% to 50% over the week, which is 16% more than on the same date last year.
Corn harvesting has been completed on 96% of the planted areas. A year ago, corn was harvested from 99% of the planted areas.
