Soybeans up 5¢ while corn and wheat drop. Thursday, December 8, 2022

Corn is currently down a penny while soybeans are up 5¢.
CBOT wheat is down 3¢. KC wheat is down 6¢. Minneapolis wheat is down a penny.
Nick Tsiolis, founder of Farmer’s Keeper, notes that $14.70 has been a strong resistance level for soybeans. Soybeans are currently at $14.77.
USDA reports this morning that corn exports last week were at 691,600 metric tons, in line with trade expectation according to Al Kluis with Kluis Commodity Advisors.
Soybean exports far exceeded expectations at 1,716,200 metric tons. China was the biggest customer, taking in 839,600 metric tons.
Live cattle are up 35¢. Lean hogs are down $1.93. Feeder cattle are up $1.45.
