Russia raised export duties on sunflower seed and rapeseed
Russia has raised export tariff on sunflower seed and rapeseed to 30% of their customs value, but no less than EUR 165/MT (Resolution No. 2065 of December 10, 2020). The decision applies to products exported from Russia outside the Customs Union.
The new duty rate will be valid from January 1 to June 30, 2021.
At the moment, the duty on sunflower seed equals 6.5%, but at least EUR 9.75/MT, with zero tariff charged on rapeseed exports, UkrAgroConsult reports.
