Russia may extend the cancellation of state registration of GM-soybeans
The Ag Ministry of Russia is proposing to extend into 2021 the cancellation of state registration of genetically modified soybeans and soybean meal, UkrAgroConsult reports.
In Russia, no state registration of GM-products (including imported ones) purposed for making animal feeds (soybeans and soybean meal) is required from April 1, 2020 till January 1, 2021, provided their safety has been confirmed by Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance).
