Weather conditions. Last week’s air temperatures in Romania were at long-term normal levels for this time. The average air temperature was within -3…+10°C.

Moisture supply. This past week, precipitation of various intensities occurred in the north, west and south (5-10 mm). The central regions are experiencing precipitation and soil moisture deficits. Severe soil drought persists in the southeast.
