Romania. Soil drought still persists on vast areas
Weather conditions. A slight cold-spell (2..1°С below long-term normals) occurred in Romania last week.
Moisture supply. Precipitation of various intensity (10-15 mm) was seen all over the country this past week. Its highest rates were registered in the west (25 mm). Soil drought still persists on vast areas of the country – this slows down growth and development of winter crops, reports UkrAgroConsult.
