Romania. Recent cold spell did not damage plants substantially
Weather conditions. Air temperatures this past week were 6..9°C above their long-term normal level. The average air temperature ranged from -3..+13°С.
Moisture supply. Precipitation in the form of rain and sleet occurred mostly in the north and west of the country (10-20 mm over the week). Over the past month, these regions received 125-150% of the normal amount of precipitation. A precipitation deficit is observed in the east and locally in the south (60-80% of normal).
