Risoil implementing two pilot projects in Kherson port facilities
Following the start of preparation of concession of Kherson Commercial Sea Port’s property, Risoil S.A. is implementing two pilot projects for handling bulk cargoes using warehouses, loading and laboratory facilities of the port of Kherson, UkrAgroConsult reports.
In Kherson, the company is entering the new season with accumulated stocks of barley and wheat. It continues operations with sunflower meal and wheat bran. Handling of soybeans, corn, other oilseeds and grains, as well as processed products is projected to begin from September. Contracts have already been signed for supply of grains and feed crops to Turkey, Italy and Egypt, talks about long-term cooperation are underway with a number of major end-consumer companies in the Mediterranean basin.
