Prices for transporting grain by trucks to the ports of Odessa increased by $2-3

In June, agricultural exports from Ukraine by road amounted to 262.7 thousand tons, which is 19% less than in May. A decrease in agricultural exports was observed at all border crossings, according to Spike Brokers.
The largest reduction was recorded at the Hungarian and Romanian borders – by 35.8% and 33.6%, respectively. Agricultural exports through the Slovak and Moldovan border crossings decreased by 24.1% and 19.9%.
The smallest drop in export volumes was recorded at the Polish border, where the indicator decreased by 4%.
The main export goods in June were sunflower oil – 30.8 thousand tons and water with added sugar – 16.1 thousand tons.
Prices for transportation to the ports of Odessa increased by $2-3, while transportation to the ports of the Danube became cheaper by $1-2 per ton.
Rates for transportation along European routes remain at their current level.
