New crop sunflower cuts sunoil and meal prices
The high pace of sunflower harvesting in Ukraine and the sale of seeds by agriproducers led to a decline in export prices for sunflower oil and meal.
Demand prices for sunflower oil with delivery in October fell to 700-705 USD/t FOB Chernomorsk, 15-20 USD/t lower from the previous week. Demand prices for granulated sunflower meal fell to 200 USD/t FOB.
Ukrainian traders report the market is under pressure from the actively traded by producers new crop.
