More than 3.1 thsd vessels sailed through the Ukrainian corridor

During the operation of the Ukrainian corridor, 3118 ships have passed through. This was stated by the head of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” Yuriy Lytvyn, according to the USPA.

In his speech, Yuriy Lytvyn, Head of USPA, briefed the audience on the consequences of attacks on port infrastructure and presented the results of the Ukrainian Sea Corridor’s work in the face of Russian aggression
“During the operation of the Ukrainian corridor, 3118 vessels have passed through, 83.5 million tons of cargo have been handled, including 55.6 million tons of grain. Since the beginning of the month, the ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and Pivdennyi have handled 4.1 million tons. We have 96 vessels registered for the approach,” he said.
International experts praised Ukraine’s efforts to ensure the functioning of seaports and noted the strategic importance of the Ukrainian corridor for global trade and food security.
