Kazakhstan. Lifting restrictions had a beneficial impact on flour exports

June exports totaled 170.2 KMT (+38% from May, +113% from June 2018/19), UkrAgroConsult reports. At the same time, 1.25 MMT had been exported since the beginning of this season (-16% year-on-year).
In June, the largest volume was purchased by Afghanistan (67% of total monthly exports).
Tajikistan and Turkmenistan both increased purchases of Kazakh flour, by 111% and 10%, respectively.
Demand from other importers decreased from last season – Afghanistan (-19%), Uzbekistan (-25%), China (-52%).
