Jordan purchased 60 thsd tons of wheat
On Tuesday, January 7, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Jordan held a tender for the purchase of 120 thousand tons of milling wheat of random origin. This was reported by Zerno On-line agency with reference to European traders.
60 thousand tons of wheat was purchased at $268.9 C&F from CHS with shipment from March 1 to March 15, 2025.
The following companies also participated in the tender:
- Cargill, which offered wheat at $270.5 per tonne
- Buildcom – $272.77
- Ameropa – $274.90
- Aston – $278
- Viterra – $282
- Al Dahra – $283.
Today, the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade will hold a tender for the purchase of 120 thousand tons of feed barley of random origin with shipment in March-April. The previous tender scheduled for December 31 was canceled.
