Jordan purchased 60 thsd tons of barley

On February 19, Jordan’s Ministry of Industry and Trade held a tender to purchase 120,000 tons of random-origin feed barley. The 120 thousand tons of barley was purchased at $240.75 C&F from Viterra with shipment from June 15 to June 30. This is reported by Zerno On-line agency with reference to European traders.
Eight companies took part in the tender:
- Cargill, which offered barley at $245.29
- CHS – $245.48
- Ameropa – $246.0
- Olam – $248.0
- Louis Dreyfus – $248.5.
- Agro Chirnogi – $251.5
- Bunge – $254.0
