Jordan purchased 60 thousand tons of wheat
On February 27, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Jordan held a tender for the purchase of 120 thousand tons of hard milling wheat of random origin. This was reported by Zerno On-Line agency with reference to European traders.
The tender purchased 60 thousand tons of wheat from MC Food at $240 per ton on the basis of C&F Aqaba with delivery from July 1 to July 15, 2024.
The following companies also participated in the tender:
- Grain Flower, which offered wheat at $245 per tonne
- CHS – $248.75
- Anderson’s – $251.79
- Ameropa – $254.
- Buildcom – $254.77
- Cargill – $257.10
- Farm Sense – $264.
- Viterra – $265.50 and $266.50.
