Jordan purchased 60 thousand tons of barley
On March 12, the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade purchased 60,000 tons of random-origin feed barley at $216.75 per ton from Cerealcom Dolj in a tender. This is reported by Reuters. The delivery will take place on the basis of C&F Aqaba from April 1 to April 15, 2024.
The following companies also participated in the tender:
- Viterra, which offered barley at $228 per tonne
- TOI Commodities – $225.00
- Olam – $238.79
- Grainflower – $220.00
- Grain Star – $223.00.
